MANUFACTURING PROCESS : Solvay ammonia process

APPLICATION:

Glass, detergent and soap, textiles, metallurgical, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, rubber, leather chemical and petrochemical industries, for water softening.

PACKING AND DELIVERY:

· polyethylene bags repacked in polypropylene bags of 50 kgs +/- 1% net weight
· sew closed polypropylene bags, 25 or 50 kg +/- 1% net weight
· big bags, 500 or 1000 kg net weight
· 25 or 50 tons silowaggons ( in bulk )
· possibility of bags packaging in shrinking foils
· possibility of bags palletising on wood pallets

HANDLING:

Bags should not be thrown from distances higher than 0.75 m in horizontal position and 0.03 m in vertical position.

STORAGE:

The product being hygroscopic, storage should be made in dry area or closed silos.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS : Soda ash dense obtained by monohydrate process from light soda ash
(Solvay process)

APPLICATION:

· polypropylene coated bags, sew closed, 25 or 50 net weight
· polyethylene bags repacked in woven polypropylene bags, sew closed, 50 kg net weight
· big bags, 500,1000 kg net weight
· bulk
· bags wrapping in shrinking foil with/or without wooden pallet

STORAGE: In dry area or closed silos, the product being hygroscopic.
